All Travel and Boarding Charges of the team advancing to the Regional Finals shall be borne by the EO Uttarakhand Chapter, and further it would be taken care by the respective EO regions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- EO Uttarakhand Chapter: Overall event management, sponsorship outreach, venue & logistics
- Organizing Committee: Application review, judge recruitment, marketing & promotion
- Judges Panel: Entrepreneurs and subject-matter experts who score pitches per the rubric
- Volunteer Team: Day-of coordination, technical support, participant liaison
Code of Conduct & Appeals
- Professionalism: Business casual or formal attire; punctuality required
- Respect & Inclusivity: Zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment
- Timekeeping: Strict overruns incur score penalties
- Appeals: None—the judges’ decisions are final and binding
